"  Dragon Builder"  Marcus Devine is a master at dragon building.  His works are original and one of a kind.  He has sculpted in both copper and iron dragons that breathe fire.  Some of his work is quite large, weighing up to one ton or more.  Most of Marcus’ sculpturing has to do with dragons. Dragons are his love and he cannot live long enough to achieve all that he wants to create.  Some day he would like to create a huge flying dragon suspended from the rafters of some cathedral like building.  Marcus likes to work by commission.  He will work up a drawing for anyone interested in having him custom build a dragon. Click on the Photos link above to see the many Sculpture's  by    Marcus Devine     "Captive Dragon" The naming of this Dragon is obvious because it is shackled.  What I have created in this piece is a feeling of presence and perhaps a little intimidation.  Being shackled makes the Dragon himself feel intimidated.  If you have ever seen a falcon on its perch when it is intimidated, it has this very same look about it. This Dragon does not want a stranger too close and is meant to be somebody's pet.  This Dragon very definitely will let his master know if there is an intruder about.
